Calendly is an appointment scheduling tool. You share a booking link, invitees pick an available time, and Calendly adds the meeting to everyone's calendar, ending the back-and-forth of finding a time.
Calendly connects to your calendars, shows only your genuinely free times, and lets others book meetings through a link or embedded widget. Event types define different meeting formats (durations, locations, buffers), and it adds video links (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams), sends reminders and can collect payments.
For teams, it adds round-robin and collective scheduling, lead routing and qualification, and admin controls, with deep integrations into CRM and marketing tools. In August 2026, Calendly added Standard Plus and Teams Plus tiers that bundle AI features (the Notetaker and the Callie AI scheduling assistant).
Pricing is per seat. The free plan covers one event type and one calendar; Standard lifts those caps with integrations and payments; Teams adds routing and Salesforce; and Enterprise adds security and admin at a five-figure annual floor.
